Founded in 1979 by the visionary lawyer and legal counsel Mohammed Abdul Hamid Toban, our firm has grown from humble beginnings in Riyadh to become a leading legal institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 1991, under the leadership of lawyer and legal advisor Sameh Mohamed Toban, we expanded to Jeddah, enhancing our ability to serve clients across the region.
